This position offers an opportunity to develop deep forecasting expertise while building client management, project leadership, and consulting skills.\nWhat You'll Do\nForecast Development & Analytics\nBuild and maintain forecast models across a variety of project types and therapeutic areas.\nDevelop demand forecasts, patient-based forecasts, patient flow forecasts, business development valuations, and long-range planning models.\nConduct scenario analyses and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-making.\nAnalyze and interpret life sciences data to generate actionable business insights.\nSupport latest estimate cycles and annual planning efforts for clients.\nClient & Project Delivery\nManage individual workstreams and key deliverables within larger client engagements.\nServe as a day-to-day contributor on client projects while partnering closely with Engagement Managers and project leadership.\nParticipate in client discussions, presentations, and working sessions.\nDeliver high-quality analyses, forecasts, and client-ready materials.\nMaintain accountability for accuracy, quality, and timeliness of assigned work.\nTeam Collaboration\nWork collaboratively with forecasting leadership and cross-functional experts including market research, commercial analytics, data science, and data solutions teams.\nSupport knowledge sharing and forecasting best practices across the team.\nAssist with training and mentoring junior team members when appropriate.\nContribute to process improvements, forecasting methodologies, and quality assurance practices.\nInternal Development\nSupport proposal development and business development efforts as needed.\nContribute to internal forecasting initiatives, tools, and best practices.\nParticipate in team-building and capability development activities.\nWhat You'll Bring\n· 4-6 years of work experience in life sciences forecasting. Experience/familiarity with life sciences data and analytics is preferred.\nBS or MS in quantitative, business, or other related fields\nExperience supporting demand forecasting, business development forecasting, NPV analyses, value forecasting, long-range planning cycles, and/or latest estimate processes.\nExperience developing and delivering forecasting models and supporting strategic business decisions.\nStrong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills.\nExperience building forecasting models and interpreting forecasting outputs.\nExposure to commercial pharmaceutical and biotechnology data.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills (VBA experience preferred).\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nPositive, collaborative, and team-oriented mindset.\nAbout Trinity\nTrinity powers the future of life sciences commercialization through the fusion of human and artificial intelligence. The base salary range for this role is $118,000 - $177,000 per year.
