We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented individual to join our team in the following role:
IT ASSISTANT / IT EXECUTIVE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Structure tables, define relationships, and implement schemas.
Writing complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and Views.
- Optimizing slow queries, managing execution plans, and structuring indexes.
- Report Design in SQL.
Coordinate with end users and understand ERP-related issues.
Update online tickets.
Coordinate with the HO team for Internal ERP Issues.
Coordinate with the vendor for complex ERP issues.
Conduct ERP Training for End Users.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
Minimum of 01 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of ERP systems and business processes will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Location - within 15 Km from the Katunayake EPZ.
