Join us to be a part of a dynamic team committed to innovation, excellence, and global standards.\n\nWe are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-oriented individual to join our team in the following role:\n\nIT ASSISTANT / IT EXECUTIVE\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n\nStructure tables, define relationships, and implement schemas.\n\nWriting complex queries, stored procedures, triggers, and Views.\n\nOptimizing slow queries, managing execution plans, and structuring indexes.\nReport Design in SQL.\n\nCoordinate with end users and understand ERP-related issues.\n\nUpdate online tickets.\n\nCoordinate with the HO team for Internal ERP Issues.\n\nCoordinate with the vendor for complex ERP issues.\n\nConduct ERP Training for End Users.\n\nCANDIDATE PROFILE\n\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology\n\nMinimum of 01 year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.\n\nStrong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nGood understanding of ERP systems and business processes will be an added advantage.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nLocation - within 15 Km from the Katunayake EPZ.\n\nIf you believe you are the right candidate, please forward your resume along with a one-minute video clip introducing yourself to .
