Apply now and let's make great things happen together!\nKey Responsibilities\nSourcing & Candidate Management\nSource candidates daily across job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), iCIMS inbound applications, referrals, community/trade school partnerships, etc\nReview resumes and applications, reject unqualified candidates, and send prescreen links to qualified candidates\nCold call candidates and schedule prescreens in partnership with the Senior Recruiter\nTrack and update candidate status through each stage of the pipeline (Phone Screen, Interview Requested, Interviewing, Offer, Onboarding, Started, Final Disposition) using Monday.com\nMove completed hires and no-shows to the correct final status in iCIMS\nHiring Manager & Interview Coordination\nSchedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and send interview confirmation communications\nFollow up daily with hiring managers on interview outcomes and move candidates to the correct status\nManage the job requisition process - opening new reqs, sending approval requests to leadership, and reconciling open headcount with reporting tools\nHiring Events\nSupport end-to-end hiring event planning: posting reqs, setting up sign-in/scheduling tools, creating flyers, coordinating swag and event logistics\nSource and invite candidates in the weeks leading up to each event\nStaff events on-site: check in candidates, route resumes to hiring managers, track interview flow\nCompile post-event data (RSVPs, attendees, offers) to analyze show rates and interview-to-offer ratios\nReporting & Administration\nMaintain accurate candidate data, system workflows and KPI dashboards (prescreens, interviews, hires, sourcing contacts) in Monday.com\nPrepare weekly and monthly recruiting recap materials for leadership meetings\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nPrior experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or high-volume administration and scheduling preferred\nStrong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously and multiple business verticals across three states\nProficiency with applicant tracking systems (iCIMS or similar), CRMs, Monday.com or comparable project management tools, recruiting platforms (i.e Indeed, zip, LinkedIn, etc) and Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills for hiring manager and candidate correspondence\nSales experience is required.\nAbility to work on-site M-F and at hiring events, including some evening or weekend hours as needed and travel to other states within market\nFamiliarity with trades recruiting (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) a plus\nCore Competencies\nStrong attention to detail, organizational skills and process-driven \nComfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up\nCollaborative, working cross-functionally with hiring managers and leadership\nAdaptable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments\nAdapts quickly to shifting priorities with minimal direction or lead time\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with
