Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.\nAbout you | Qualifications, skills and strengths\nRequired\nExperience of managing and developing small teams where multi-skill profiles are required\nProponent of agile methodologies, with focus on delivering business goals through technology\nStrong experience in one or more of: Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, Snowflake\nFamiliarity with technologies including: SSIS, SSRS, VBA, ADF, .Net Web Apps, SQL Server, Oracle\nExperience of leading the development of enterprise system integration solutions\nExperience of building enterprise data platforms\nClear communicator, comfortable adjusting style according to both seniority and technology familiarity of audience\nCross functional working: able to break down silos and collaborate across different groups to solve problems\nSelf-starter and keen to drive initiatives to completion\nExcellent relationship building skills\nFamiliarity with data security and compliance regulations in the financial services domain.\nFacilitation skills, comfortable leading workshops through to actionable results\nDesirable\nFinancial services experience, ideally within the Wealth Management or Asset Management domains\nAt TrinityBridge we look to recruit individuals from all different backgrounds and encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick every box.
