That's why we're fully committed to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, and experience to drive us forward every day.\nTrinseo is looking for a Logistics Team Leader\nThis is a one-year fixed term contract position.\nThis role will lead a team of Logistics Service Representatives to assure safe and compliant handling/transportation of both up and downstream material flows, including managing of Logistics Service providers.\nVerantwoordelijkheden\nThe position will have responsibilities to include, but not limited to:\nAssure logistics activities are performed safely and in an environmentally conscious way and in compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and Trinseo policies.\nOversee the day-to-day logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management, ensure timely planning, loading, pickup and delivery of goods.\nKeep internal parties informed of delays and act as point of contact for escalation. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives\nDrive implementation of initiatives to improve efficiency (service, costs of Sustainability) \nEnsure transportation and assessorial invoices are audited and processed in timely matters\nMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization\nEstablish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics partners, including performance monitoring to ensure expectations are meet. \nEnsure QN are investigated in timely matter and effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nAnalyze data and market trends to anticipate future logistics needs and challenges.\nLead, coach and develop team, ensuring growth and advocate PAACE culture \nKwalificaties\nMinimum Education Required:\nMinimum bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or International Trade. Individuals with other relevant qualifications and experience will be considered.\nMinimum Experience:\n4-6 years of experience in a relevant service role (e.g. Procurement, Customer Service, Logistics or Supply Chain disciplines) preferred.
