master’s degree preferred.\n12+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in engineering leadership for enterprise SaaS products or platforms.\nProven experience leading through managers and senior technical leaders across multiple engineering teams.\nStrong understanding of enterprise SaaS engineering, including scalability, performance, security, reliability, CI/CD, observability, and production operations.\nExperience partnering with Product, Architecture, Cloud Operations, Security, Support, and Customer Success teams in a global product organization.\nAbility to use KPIs, engineering metrics, financial inputs, and business context to make data-driven decisions.\nExperience with Agile delivery at scale, engineering governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\nExcellent communication, executive presence, people leadership, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in financial close, reconciliation, accounting software, banking, payments, ERP integrations, or finance transformation is preferred.\nExperience working with distributed engineering teams and offshore/global delivery models is preferred.\nAt our core, Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values - Humble, Empowered, Reliable, and Open.
