The ideal candidate will bring 5-7 years of professional software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, JavaScript and/or Angular, and SQL. We are looking for an engineer who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, contribute to technical decisions, and use modern engineering practices, including responsible AI-assisted development, to improve productivity and software quality.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nWork as a core member of a global engineering team that applies the right technologies and practices to deliver world-class solutions that delight customers.\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and services using Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, JavaScript and/or Angular, and SQL.\nWork in Agile teams following Agile and SAFe methodologies to deliver high-quality products on time, with performance, scalability, security, and localization requirements in mind.\nBuild, test, and deliver innovative solutions to complex technical challenges; diagnose and resolve complex product issues.\nApply and promote software development best practices, including clean code, reusable design, automated testing, peer reviews, secure coding, and maintainable architecture.\nMaintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring quality, performance, reliability, and efficient implementation.\nUse AI-assisted development tools responsibly, such as LLM-based coding assistants, Codex, ChatGPT, and Claude, to accelerate research, coding, debugging, test creation, documentation, and code review while validating accuracy and protecting company/customer data.\nDocument development approaches, technical decisions, implementation changes, and operational considerations.\nContinuously learn and adopt new technologies, tools, and engineering practices that improve product quality and team productivity.\nWHO YOU ARE\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.\n5-7 years of professional software development experience with hands-on expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, JavaScript and/or Angular, and SQL; SQL Server experience preferred.\nExperience designing and developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and enterprise-grade application components.\nHands-on experience building modular, component-based front-end applications with a strong grasp of JavaScript and/or Angular.\nAbility to design reusable code and optimize application features for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.\nSuccessful track record of delivering high-quality, thoroughly tested software on time.\nAbility to follow technical standards and influence peers within a development team through strong engineering practices.\nFamiliarity with AI-native software development practices, including effective prompting, code generation, test generation, debugging assistance, documentation support, and responsible validation of LLM-generated output.\nExcellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.\nStrong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders and peers.\nHighly motivated and self-directed, capable of multitasking and working with minimal supervision.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is preferred.\nWHAT ELSE\nExperience or understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging technology trends.\nInterest in microservice architecture, distributed systems, and modern API-driven application design.\nProactive, creative, and innovative approach to solving technical problems.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a commitment to developing new skills, including AI-enabled engineering practices.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a global team environment.\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nAt our core, Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values - Humble, Empowered, Reliable, and Open.
