Collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams, this role drives continuous improvement in agile methodologies, development processes, and engineering best practices, ensuring consistent, reliable, and maintainable software delivery.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nProvide technical leadership in solving complex engineering challenges, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and high-performing.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, application bottlenecks, and database performance challenges.\n\nLead technical design initiatives across products and platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term engineering strategy and business goals.\n\nDrive the design and implementation of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions using modern engineering practices.\n\nCollaborate closely with Product Management, Support, Security, Operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.\n\nContribute to organization-wide engineering standards, architectural governance, reusable frameworks, and shared technical capabilities.\n\nParticipate actively in technical reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and engineering communities of practice.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve engineering processes, tooling, development workflows, operational efficiency, and long-term platform sustainability.\n\nProvide technical leadership during product roadmap planning and help translate business and customer requirements into scalable architectural solutions.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and development practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement across the engineering organization.\n\nWHO YOU ARE\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n8+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using C++ and Visual C++.\n\n3+ years of experience with C#/.NET technologies and Entity Framework.\n\n5+ years of experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle database development, query optimization, and performance tuning.\n\nStrong understanding of object-oriented design principles, SOLID principles, and software architecture patterns.\n\nDemonstrated experience leading large-scale technical initiatives from architecture and implementation through production operations.\n\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to improve software development productivity and troubleshooting workflows.\n\nStrong understanding of modern SDLC practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and engineering best practices.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills in distributed, cross-functional engineering environments.\n\nAt our core, Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values - Humble, Empowered, Reliable, and Open.
