Collaborating closely with cross-functional product teams, this role drives continuous improvement in agile methodologies, development processes, and engineering best practices, ensuring consistent, reliable, and maintainable software delivery.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO\nProvide leadership in solving complex technical challenges, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable and high performing.\n\nTroubleshoot complex production and database performance issues.\n\nLead technical design efforts to ensure products are scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing.\n\nCollaborate closely with Product, Support, Security, Operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.\n\nContribute to organization-wide engineering standards, architectural governance, and shared frameworks.\n\nActively participate in knowledge sharing across the engineering organization.\n\nProactively identify and drive improvements in engineering processes, tooling, workflows, and long-term technical strategy.\n\nSupport product roadmap discussions by providing technical insight and helping translate customer and business requirements into sustainable architectural solutions.\n\nWHO YOU ARE\nBachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n7+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies.\n\n5+ years of experience developing and consuming Web services using C#.\n\n5+ years of experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle database development, query optimization, and performance tuning.\n\nStrong experience designing and developing scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems.\n\nStrong understanding of object-oriented design principles, SOLID principles, and software architecture patterns.\n\nExperience leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to improve development productivity and troubleshooting workflows.\n\nStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and modern SDLC practices.\n\nStrong collaboration and communication skills in distributed, cross-functional engineering environments.\n\nAt our core, Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values - Humble, Empowered, Reliable, and Open.
