The candidate should be able to analyze requirements, design effective test coverage, execute manual and automated tests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with QA, engineering, product, and global teams to deliver high-quality software.\nExposure to Git for version-controlling automated tests, Azure Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools for running automated tests, and familiarity with AI-assisted testing or development tools will be valuable for this role.\nWhat You Will Do\nPlan, design, and execute test cases for functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end scenarios.\n\nCreate, maintain, and improve automated test scripts using modern automation tools such as Playwright and Python.\n\nIdentify the right balance between manual validation and automation coverage based on risk, repeatability, and product impact.\n\nAnalyze requirements, participate in backlog refinement, provide test estimates, and define test coverage for user stories.\n\nUse Git or similar version control tools to manage and maintain automated test assets.\n\nLog, track, troubleshoot, and validate defects using existing defect management tools.\n\nSupport automated test execution through CI/CD pipelines where applicable.\n\nContribute to regression readiness, release validation, test data setup, traceability, and test metrics.\n\nCollaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and global stakeholders to improve product quality.\n\nContinuously improve testing practices by identifying opportunities for better automation, stronger coverage, faster feedback, and more reliable validation.\n\nAutomation Mindset\nIdentify repeatable, high-value scenarios that should be automated.\n\nUse automation to improve regression coverage, reduce manual effort, and provide faster release feedback.\n\nWrite maintainable automation scripts with focus on reliability, readability, reuse, and ease of debugging.\n\nBe open to learning new tools, frameworks, and product areas as automation needs evolve.\n\nQualifications and Skills\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n3-5 years of relevant experience in software testing, with a strong mix of manual testing and test automation experience.\n\nStrong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, defect lifecycle, and release validation practices.\n\nHands-on experience in manual testing, including test planning, test case design, test execution, defect management, and test metrics.\n\nHands-on or working experience with Playwright and Python for test automation.\n\nExperience using Git or similar version control systems for maintaining automated test scripts.\n\nExposure to Azure Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools for running automated tests.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted testing or development tools such as LLMs, ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.\n\nAbility to analyze requirements, identify test gaps, raise risks early, and define effective test coverage.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills across product, application, data, and integration issues.\n\nAbility to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nGood to Have / Added Advantage\nAwareness of AI testing concepts such as LLM-as-a-Judge, golden datasets, prompt/output validation, or model response evaluation.\n\nExposure to observability or tracing tools such as Langfuse for AI workflow validation.\n\nPrevious experience with AI-enabled applications, reconciliation, financial close, month-end close, accounting, or enterprise SaaS applications.\n\nCultural Fit\nDetail-oriented, quality-focused, and accountable for outcomes.\n\nStrong manual testing discipline with an automation-first mindset.\n\nCollaborative, open to feedback, and comfortable working with global teams.\n\nContinuous improvement mindset with curiosity to learn new tools, frameworks, and testing approaches.\n\nEmbraces change, growth, innovation, and evolving quality engineering practices.\n\nAt our core, Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values - Humble, Empowered, Reliable, and Open.
