The analyst will support end-to-end system processes spanning workforce management, financial accounting, and project-based operations. The position is responsible for configuration, integrations, reporting, data integrity, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems.\nWe are seeking a proactive self-starter who can work independently, manage cross-functional priorities, and identify opportunities to optimize business processes through Workday capabilities. This is a non-customer-facing role that partners closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, IT, and Professional Services teams within a global operating model.\nWhat you'll do\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:\nWorkday Configuration & Functional Support\nHCMMaintain security roles and condition rules.\nSupport merit, bonus, and performance cycles.\nMaintain supervisory organizations, job structures, compensation frameworks, and business process configurations.\nConfigure and maintain Core HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Performance, Talent, and Learning.\n\nFinancials (FINS)Support audit and compliance requirements, including internal controls.\nPartner with Finance during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.\nConfigure and maintain worktags, ledgers, posting rules, and financial business processes.\nSupport Financial Accounting (GL), Procurement, Expenses, Banking & Settlements, Revenue Management, and Financial Reporting.\n\nProfessional Services Automation (PSA)Partner with Services Operations and Finance to improve visibility into project margin and utilization.\nEnsure alignment between project financials and general ledger reporting.\nSupport project costing, project hierarchies, and financial tracking structures.\nConfigure and maintain Projects, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Resource Management.\n\nIntegrations & Technical SupportDesign, configure, and support Workday integrations (inbound and outbound) across HCM, FINS, and PSA.\nSupport integrations using:\nWorkday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs\nREST/SOAP APIs\nMiddleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi or similar)\nMonitor and troubleshoot integration failures; perform root cause analysis (RCA).\nEnsure data consistency between Workday and external systems (e.g., payroll, CRM, banking platforms, time systems).\nSupport API orchestration, transformation logic, and data mapping.\nMaintain technical documentation, API contracts, and integration design specifications.\n\nData Management & GovernanceMaintain high standards of data accuracy across workforce, financial, and project data.\nExecute EIB uploads and mass updates with strong controls.\nConduct regular audits and reconciliations across HCM, Financials, and PSA modules.\nEnsure compliance with internal governance frameworks, data privacy requirements, and financial controls.\nSupport SOX compliance activities where applicable.\n\nReporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports across HCM, Financials, and PSA.\nDevelop calculated fields, composite reports, matrix reports, and dashboards.\nSupport financial and operational reporting including:\nHeadcount and workforce analytics\nRevenue and expense reporting\nProject margin and utilization\nCost center and budget analysis\nContribute to advanced analytics initiatives using Workday Prism Analytics (where applicable).\nEnsure reporting aligns with enterprise data governance standards.\n\nRelease Management & Continuous ImprovementSupport Workday bi-annual releases by:\nReviewing new functionality\nPerforming regression testing\nAssessing impact across HCM, FINS, and PSA\nManage configuration and enhancement requests from intake through deployment.\nIdentify automation and optimization opportunities across enterprise processes.\nMaintain detailed documentation of configurations, workflows, integrations, and testing protocols.\nContribute to enterprise systems roadmap planning.\n\nWho you are\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.\n4-7 years of Workday experience, including:\nHands-on HCM configuration\nExposure to Financials and/or PSA\nIntegration support or development\nExperience working in a global enterprise environment preferred.\nAt our core, Trintechers stand committed to fostering a culture rooted in our core values - Humble, Empowered, Reliable, and Open.
