After graduation, assuming you receive a full time offer, a Project Manager is the most common next step (this promotion path normally takes 3 years but can be quicker, depending on YOU and your pace), you’ll have the chance to explore other exciting opportunities within our different departments.\nProject Engineer - What You Will Do\nYou will play a pivotal part in supporting our team of Project Managers and making sure construction projects are running smoothly from start to finish.\nSupport and maintain data, information, communications, and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner, contractors/subcontractors, or other project-related entities\nParticipate in and maintain document and project control systems and procedures.\nAttend project meetings to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses\nObtain, track, and document contractor and subcontractor contractual requirements (and construction plans and specs) on areas of safety, performance, project staff, and equipment as directed by project manager\nAssist in project closeout procedures\nYou will support multiple projects concurrently. You will work in the office and out in the field (estimated 70% of your time will be performed in the field or on job sites).
