  • Proactively identify and resolve estimating challenges by ensuring RFIs, bills of materials, and scope summaries are complete and accurate.
  • Ensure ongoing cost estimates are maintained throughout the project life cycle to align with actual performance.
  • Monitor system data and reports to track variances between the original estimate, approved change proposals, and actual costs.
  • Support accurate budget development, cost control, and profitability forecasting from pre-construction through completion.
3. Electrical Design

  • Conduct job walks and site visits to address field issues and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Monitor progress through project meetings and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Oversee safety performance by reviewing audits and incident trends, taking corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of project closeout documentation.
  • Maintain responsibility for overall financial performance, including:
    • Budget management - Approve and track project budgets, change orders, and schedule of values.
    • WIP management - Review monthly Work in Progress (WIP) reports to accurately forecast job costs, margin, and revenue recognition with no fade.
    • Cost forecasting - Analyze financial performance and proactively identify risks or opportunities to improve profitability.

  • Drive overall project strategy to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
  • Provide leadership and communication across project teams to ensure accountability and success.
5. Talent Development
