Business Development\nDevelop, maintain, and strengthen strategic customer relationships to drive new business opportunities.\nRepresent the company at marketing and industry events.\nEnsure exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.\n 2. EstimatingOversee proposal development for customer submissions, ensuring all required components meet company standards (scope summary, inclusions/exclusions, assumptions, bid letters, and pricing).\nProactively identify and resolve estimating challenges by ensuring RFIs, bills of materials, and scope summaries are complete and accurate.\nEnsure ongoing cost estimates are maintained throughout the project life cycle to align with actual performance.\nMonitor system data and reports to track variances between the original estimate, approved change proposals, and actual costs.\nSupport accurate budget development, cost control, and profitability forecasting from pre-construction through completion.\n3. Electrical DesignProvide conceptual direction for load analysis and one-line diagrams that meet project requirements.\nApprove equipment selection and layout to ensure alignment with project needs and budget constraints.\nReview redline drawings to confirm optimal electrical layout and adherence to specifications.\nApply electrical theory to resolve design issues and ensure all work meets applicable codes.\nIdentify opportunities for value engineering to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.\n4. Project ExecutionLead project kickoff meetings to communicate scope, strategy, and expectations.\nConduct job walks and site visits to address field issues and ensure alignment with project goals.\nMonitor progress through project meetings and ensure timely issue resolution.\nOversee safety performance by reviewing audits and incident trends, taking corrective actions when needed.\nEnsure timely and accurate completion of project closeout documentation.\nMaintain responsibility for overall financial performance, including:Budget management - Approve and track project budgets, change orders, and schedule of values.\n WIP management - Review monthly Work in Progress (WIP) reports to accurately forecast job costs, margin, and revenue recognition with no fade.\nCost forecasting - Analyze financial performance and proactively identify risks or opportunities to improve profitability.\nBilling and cash flow - Verify billings for accuracy, ensure positive cash flow, and assist with collections exceeding 60 days.\n\nManage subcontractor and vendor negotiations to ensure complete scopes and competitive pricing.\nDrive overall project strategy to meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial goals.\nProvide leadership and communication across project teams to ensure accountability and success.\n5.
