This role goes beyond execution. You will play a key part in shaping design quality, improving workflows, and enabling scalable creative production across channels.\nYou'll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams while also contributing to design operations, automation, and AI-driven creative processes.\nIn this Role, you’ll get to\nLead high-quality visual design execution across campaigns, CRM, in-app, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints, ensuring exceptional craft and attention to detail. \nOwn and evolve brand systems, ensuring consistency while enabling flexibility for local and global campaigns. \nDrive scalable design solutions, creating templates, modular systems, and reusable components to support high-volume asset production. \nPartner with marketing and growth teams to translate business goals into compelling, high-performing creative concepts. \nContribute to Design Ops, improving workflows, documentation, and collaboration between design, marketing, and external stakeholders. \nLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies (e.g., generative design, image creation, automation tools) to enhance productivity and creative exploration. \nExplore and implement automation for scale, helping define pipelines for faster and more efficient asset creation (e.g., bulk generation, localization, personalization). \nProvide art direction and mentorship, elevating the quality of work across the team. \nCollaborate cross-functionally with product designers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver cohesive experiences. \nStay ahead of design and technology trends, bringing new ideas to improve both creative output and team efficiency. \nWhat you'll Need to Succeed\n5+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in B2C, digital-first, or high-scale environments. \nOutstanding design craft, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling. \nExperience working with design systems, templates, and scalable creative frameworks. \nFamiliarity with Design Ops principles, including workflow optimization and cross-team collaboration. \nStrong understanding of AI tools for design (e.g., generative AI, image/video tools) and their practical application in production workflows. \nExperience or strong interest in automation for creative production (e.g., scripting, dynamic templates, creative automation platforms). \nProficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and modern tools like Figma. \nSolid understanding of motion design principles (bonus if hands-on). \nAbility to balance speed and quality in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. \nStrong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders. \nExperience working in cross-functional teams with marketing, product, and engineering. \nA proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements independently. \nNice to have\nExperience in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms. \nFamiliarity with creative automation tools \nExperience working in global teams and multi-market localization. \nWhy Trip.com Group\nWe offer a stage to unleash your full potential and drive global impact.
