We are looking for the next Field Sales Representative to join our fantastic UK Team.
What you will do:
Manage your assigned sales pipeline and carry out active prospecting (cold calls, walk-in visits and face-to-face meetings) in Leeds and the surrounding area (York, Newcastle upon Tyne).
Select restaurants within your territory based on marketing recommendations to proactively plan and organize your daily/weekly schedule.
Effectively and professionally represent our brand and its values (‘better together’, ‘ownership’, ‘growth’, ‘respect’).
Explain to restaurant owners and managers the opportunities, features and benefits of TheFork Manager for managing their business.
Maintain ongoing contact with clients until the partnership is finalized and ensure the restaurant is successfully listed online, whilst maintaining good communication with the other teams involved in the sale.
Adapt the engagement strategy to understand the needs of each restaurant, add value to their business plans and build long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly and/or quarterly sales targets with a weekly breakdown aligned with sales cycles.
Collaborate with the sales operations, supplier support and account management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycle.
Demonstrate determination, dynamism and resilience in the face of day-to-day challenges to achieve the required productivity targets.
Understand the B2B value chain and engage with the various stakeholders
This role will require to be in the field 2 or 3 per week. You will also travel to our London offices once per month (travel expenses covered by the company).
Who you are:
Demonstrated track record/experience in B2B sales in hospitality, preferably in both an online and face-to-face setting.
Experience in territory management and pipeline management using Salesforce or another CRM tool.
You must have a valid UK driving license and your own car.
Strong communication skills applied to sales, negotiation and closing deals.
A results-driven ‘hunter’ profile, with a constant drive to attract new clients and engage in cold calling.
Proactive and self-reliant, with the ability to drive initiatives forward without constant supervision.
A self-assured, dynamic, flexible and organized individual, capable of working successfully in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
