The team at Triple Zero Victoria are deeply committed to the community they serve and are among the most dedicated and highly skilled in their field.\nAbout the Role\nThe Procurement Coordinator is a key member of the Strategy & Capability team, providing operational procurement support and coordination services across Triple Zero Victoria. The role is responsible for coordinating and administering procurement and contract management activities, ensuring the timely and compliant acquisition of goods and services in accordance with organisational objectives, governance requirements, and approved budgets.\nThe Procurement Coordinator contributes to the effective delivery of procurement services by promoting compliance with legislative and organisational requirements, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve value-for-money outcomes and efficient service delivery across the organisation.\nDay to day responsibilities include:\nProvide responsive, first-line procurement advice to internal stakeholders on policies, processes, systems, supplier engagement, purchase orders, contracts, and commercial administration.\nCoordinate end-to-end transactional activities-including preparing and managing purchase orders, contracts, service agreements, and supplier documentation-to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.\nMaintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready contract and procurement records in full compliance with legislative, policy, governance, and organisational standards.\nOversee contract administration and supplier management by tracking performance, key milestones, contract registers, renewals, extensions, and amendments.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure procurement activities align with organisational objectives, operational requirements, budget considerations, and service delivery outcomes. \nAbout You\nThe successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:\nBachelor’s degree in procurement, business administration or a related field (or working towards it).\nMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement, contracts, or administration roles.\nA confident and discreet manner in order to appropriately manage sensitive information.\nExperience facilitating and providing administration support for commercial related projects or campaigns.\nProven ability to multitask and manage a range of tasks and projects simultaneously.\nWhat We Can Offer You\nYou will be supporting a critical service to the Victorian community and will be rewarded with a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and employee benefits including:\nEmployee assistance program for employees and eligible family members\nDiscounted health insurance, banking services and gym membership\n‘Emergency Memberlink’ discount card, accepted by 1,000's of retailers and services providers\nFree staff parking at all our sites\nSalary packaging options after an initial service period\nTriple Zero Victoria is committed to the principles of equal opportunity, and diversity and inclusion for all.
