It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.\nThis integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. The team at Triple Zero Victoria are deeply committed to the community they serve and are among the most dedicated and highly skilled in their field.\nAbout the Role\nThe Telephony Replacement Project is a critical organisational initiative focused on replacing legacy telephony and contact centre technologies with a modern, secure, resilient and scalable platform to support emergency communications operations.\nWorking closely with the Senior Project Manager, project team, business stakeholders, operational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), vendors and delivery partners, the Project Coordinator will facilitate day-to-day project activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining project schedules and registers, coordinating meetings and stakeholder communications, preparing governance and status reports, tracking actions and dependencies, and supporting procurement, financial and contract administration activities.\nDay to day responsibilities include:\nProvide project coordination and administrative support to the Senior Project Manager and team to ensure effective planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the Telephony Replacement Project.\nSupport end-to-end procurement processes-including RFT preparation, supplier engagement, evaluations, contract documentation, and approvals-in compliance with TZV, Victorian Government, and DTF HVHR frameworks.\nMaintain and monitor project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and action registers, providing regular updates and escalating potential risks or delays to the Senior Project Manager.\nCoordinate governance activities under the TZV Project Management Framework (PMF), including drafting status reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and decision registers.\nSupport cost control by tracking budget expenditure, maintaining financial records, and assisting with forecasts, purchase orders, and invoice processing.\nAbout You\nThe successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:\nTertiary qualification in Project Management and/or Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2, PMBOK, or equivalent) \nStrong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed documents, reports and correspondence.\nStrong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nProblem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to task completion.\nExecutive and Senior Leadership are committed to empowering employees towards their professional and personal goals.
