It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.\nThis integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. The team at Triple Zero Victoria is deeply committed to the community it serves and is among the most dedicated and highly skills in its field.\nAbout The Role\nThe Project Manager is a key member of the Emergency Communications Services (ECS) team, responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of assigned ICT projects.\nKey accountabilities include end-to-end project planning and delivery, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, budget, timeframes and quality requirements, through to successful project closure.\nDay to day responsibilities include:\nDevelop and maintain all core project documentation-including Business Cases, Project Management Plans, budgets, schedules, status reports, and key controls (risk, issue, variation, and lessons learned logs)-in accordance with TZV’s framework.\nEstablish and maintain robust project governance (e.g., Project Control Boards and Working Groups) aligned with the Project Management Framework to drive oversight and decision-making.\nOversee Business Analysts across requirements gathering, business impact assessments, and current-state mapping activities.\nLead Change Management and Communication Plans to drive seamless adoption and keep internal and external stakeholders continuously informed.\nCoordinate internal cross-functional teams (IT, Legal, Procurement) and external vendor/consultant partners to deliver all project objectives collaboratively.\nAbout You\nThe successful candidate will have the following education, skills and experience:\nTertiary qualification in Project Management and/or Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2, PMBOK, or equivalent) \nDemonstrated proficient (5 years) project management experience in medium to large technology projects \nStrong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations \nProven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes and obtain support \nDemonstrated ability to successfully implement, coordinate and deliver projects with multiple users over multiple sites \nWhat We Can Offer You\nYou will be supporting a critical service to the Victorian community and will be rewarded with a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and employee benefits including:\nEmployee assistance program for employees and eligible family members\nDiscounted health insurance, banking services and gym membership\n‘Emergency Memberlink’ discount card, accepted by 1,000's of retailers and services providers\nFree staff parking at all our sites\nSalary packaging options after an initial service period\nTriple Zero Victoria is committed to the principles of equal opportunity, and diversity and inclusion for all.
