It provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.\nThis integration of emergency services communications within Triple Zero Victoria is unique in Australia and rare worldwide. The team at Triple Zero Victoria are deeply committed to the community they serve and are among the most dedicated and highly skilled in their field.\nAbout the Role\nAs a key and active member of the Emergency Communication Information Services (ECIS) Team, the Project Manager, ICT Programs, drives the end-to-end management of assigned ICT projects under the direction of the Senior Program Manager.\nUtilising TZV’s Project Management Framework, the role is responsible for full-lifecycle delivery, encompassing planning, execution, and closure to ensure outcomes meet agreed scope, budget, timeframe, and quality standards.\nDay to day responsibilities include:\nDevelop key project artefacts in accordance with TZV’s Project Management Framework, including Business Cases, Project Management Plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and project controls (risk, issue, variation, and lessons learned logs).\nEstablish and manage project governance structures, such as Project Control Boards and Working Groups, in alignment with framework guidelines.\nOversee requirements gathering, business impact assessments, and current-state mapping delivered by Business Analysts.\nLead the development of Change and Communication Plans to ensure internal and external stakeholders remain fully informed on project progress.\nCoordinate cross-functional internal teams and external vendors to collaboratively deliver all project activities and fulfill project objectives.\nAbout You\nThe successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:\nTertiary qualification in Project Management and/or Project Management Qualification (PRINCE2, PMBOK, or equivalent) \nDemonstrated proficient (5 years) project management experience in medium to large technology projects\nStrong stakeholder engagement skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations \nProven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes and obtain support \nDemonstrated ability to successfully implement, coordinate and deliver projects with multiple users over multiple sites\nWhat We Can Offer You\nYou will be supporting a critical service to the Victorian community and will be rewarded with a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements and employee benefits including:\nEmployee assistance program for employees and eligible family members\nDiscounted health insurance, banking services and gym membership\n‘Memberlink’ discount card, accepted by 1,000's of retailers and services providers\nFree staff parking at all our sites\nSalary packaging options after an initial service period\nTriple Zero Victoria is committed to the principles of equal opportunity, and diversity and inclusion for all.
