In this role, you’ll sit at the center of the organization, partnering closely with engineering, product, and client-facing teams to drive rapid resolution of complex technical issues, streamline escalation management, and enable continuous platform improvements. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain end-to-end Ad-Tech platform exposure, act as a key cross-functional connector, and make a direct impact on client satisfaction and operational efficiency while contributing to the long-term success of the organization.\nResponsibilities\nProvide platform-wide technical support and deliver solutions for internal stakeholders\nManage and resolve assigned tickets from the support queue (~80%) within defined SLAs\nExecute operational tasks (client setup changes, configuration updates)\nAssist in incident investigation and RCA with guidance\nPerform data validation, basic analysis, and troubleshooting\nCollaborate with Engineering for issue resolution and fix validation\nContribute to documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base updates\nSupport R&D initiatives (~20%) through execution (scripts, analysis, testing)\nUse and maintain existing scripts/tools to improve efficiency\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams for ticket follow-ups and updates\nEducation & Requirements\nEducation:\nPreferred: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar analytical/technical disciplines\nBachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or a related field with demonstrated technical exposure\nExperience:\nMinimum 3 years of experience in customer application escalations, technical solutions, or customer-facing support roles\nExperience working with AdTech platforms or technical product support environments is highly preferred\nTechnical Skills & Capabilities:\nStrong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern production tech stacks\nHands-on experience or familiarity with datastores and querying frameworks (e.g., MySQL)\nProficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, or PHP\nExperience with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Looker, or Omni\nAI awareness and practical application skills, with the ability to leverage AI tools and solutions to work more efficiently, automate tasks, and enhance personal productivity\nFluent in English, both spoken & written\nCore Competencies:\nSolutions-oriented mindset with excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on identifying root causes\nAbility to think critically, structure investigative approaches, and execute effective problem-solving workflows\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment\nEffective project management and coordination skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach\nSelf-driven with strong time management skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team\nLife at TripleLift\nAt TripleLift, we’re a team of great people who like who they work with and want to make everyone around them better.
