The program will focus on practical AI applications for operational workflows, process automation, productivity, quality control, data-driven decision-making, and business transformation.\nThe workshop materials are already prepared. Your role will be to deliver the sessions, prepare through dry runs, adapt examples to the insurance-brokerage and operations context, and help participants apply the course concepts to their own operational workflows and business projects.\nWhat you will do\nDeliver live virtual sessions for operations teams and mid-level managers in LATAM.\nPrepare for sessions through dry runs and alignment with the Customer Success and Program teams.\nAdapt already-prepared workshop materials, examples, and discussions to the insurance / insurance-brokerage context.\nExplain practical AI applications for operations, including process automation, workflow optimization, productivity, quality control, and data-driven decision-making.\nHelp participants identify where AI can reduce manual work, improve process visibility, and support better operational decisions.\nProvide real-world case studies and examples relevant to operations teams in insurance or insurance brokerage.\nSupport participants in applying the course concepts to their own operational workflows and business projects.\nAct as a subject-matter expert on the operational, governance, and risk implications of AI adoption.\nRequirements\nMust Have\nDirect professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry.\nPrior professional experience working in LATAM, ideally in Chile or with Chilean / LATAM corporate clients.\nStrong understanding of operational workflows, back-office processes, or process improvement in a business context.\nStrong command of AI concepts and practical AI tools applicable to operational workflows.\nExperience teaching, training, mentoring, consulting, or advising business professionals.\nExcellent communication skills in Spanish.\nProfessional English.\nComfortable delivering virtual, live instruction to corporate groups.\nNice to Have\nExperience with corporate / B2B training programs.\nBackground in process improvement, operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, digital transformation, or change management.\nExperience working with back-office, claims, underwriting, finance, administration, HR, business intelligence, systems, collections, or other non-commercial operations teams.\nFamiliarity with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or other AI platforms in an operational or business-process setting.\nPortuguese language skills.\nWhat we can offer you\nA part-time contract expert role with Nebius Academy.\nRemote live virtual delivery for corporate cohorts in LATAM.\nOpportunity to work on a practical AI transformation program for a major insurance-brokerage client.\nPrepared workshop materials and support from the Program and Customer Success teams.\nFlexible collaboration format aligned with cohort scheduling.\nCompensation $50 -
