month.\nWhat you will do\nShip monthly growth projects: Launch 3 end-to-end projects every month designed directly to drive user conversion and paid enrollments.\nBuild interactive assets independently: Use AI tools like Claude to prototype custom calculators, skills reports, and pre-payment checks without waiting on developers or designers.\nSource & manage external talent: Find, hire, and direct freelancers, video editors, and contractors within budget to get projects across the finish line.\nManage end-to-end distribution: Deploy and promote assets across all core growth channels, including the website, email marketing, social platforms, and sales collateral.\nSet up touchpoint analytics: Build robust attribution tracking to accurately measure content engagement, audience growth, and funnel drop-offs.\nRequirements\nProven track record: A portfolio or case studies showing end-to-end projects you’ve personally built and shipped.\n Deep audience insight: Real
