Our team is fully remote and globally distributed, and we serve a large, active student base across both regions.\nWe are looking for a Learning Experience Designer who will design and build skill-based learning programs from the ground up, translating complex subject matter expertise into clear, actionable, and engaging educational experiences.\nWhat you will do\nDesign and build skill-based learning programs from the ground up in close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs): turn their expertise into clear competencies, learning outcomes, and meaningful practice.\nWrite learning content at every level of detail: program competencies, curriculum outlines, modules, lessons, and the lesson content itself (explanations, examples, practice tasks, projects, and assessments).\nDesign learning experiences using scaffolding principles to gradually build learner independence.\nTake part in curriculum and product decisions based on customer development interviews, qualitative and quantitative learning data, and research.
