There are plenty of challenges to champion.\nThe Role - As a part of the product operations team at TripStack, your primary responsibility will be to support the operations of the content acquisition team as a Product Operations Analyst. You will work with stakeholders, clients and scrum teams to make sure the end product meets business requirements and aligns with overall business goals. You will be working closely with the other Product Analysts and Product Owners and will be reporting into the Product Operations team lead.\nResponsibilities :\nSupport Product Owners with the maintenance and optimization of the Airline connections in production.\n\nTroubleshooting and deep diving into any day to day incidents across our entire portfolio of Airline connections.\n\nClosely monitor KPIs and overall Airline portfolio performance. Identify patterns and trends using data and subject matter expertise to indicate how well the product is performing.\n\nCreate reports, dashboards, and optimize alerting for teams based on data driven needs.\n\nWrite, update and organize product documentation.\n\nAct as the first point of contact for customer support tickets, providing data to support bugs or further development needs, and communicating with the stakeholders to ensure transparent feedback, or escalations as required.\n\nDesired Skills and Experience :\n2-3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/Business Analyst\n\nExperience in travel industry preferred\n\nMBA or degree in analytics preferred\n\nExperience in a data driven role preferred\n\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills\n\nVery strong organizational skills\n\nA researcher at heart, having a passion for problem solving and root cause analysis\n\nOutput and delivery driven; experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment with significant context switching\n\nExperienced with tools like: JIRA, Kibana, Grafana, BitBucket, Looker, Splunk, (Monitoring/Logging tools)\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication and comprehension skills\n\nTeam player\n\nHighly accountable and self driven\n\nWhat it takes to succeed here : Ambition and dedication to make a difference and change the way people travel.
