As we gear up for our next stage of growth, now is an ideal time to join this fast-growth, well funded, technology business.\nThe Role: Market Director, APAC\nWe are looking for a seasoned executive who is a \"hunter\" by nature and a \"consultant\" by trade.\nAs Market Director, APAC, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across the region, building senior relationships with hotel groups and management companies, and developing a strong pipeline across both independent and enterprise hospitality brands.\nYou’ll combine deep industry knowledge, a strong regional network and consultative selling skills to help hotels understand how Triptease can drive more profitable direct bookings.\nCore Responsibilities\nAPAC Revenue Growth: Develop and execute a commercial strategy to grow Triptease’s presence and revenue across key APAC markets.\nStrategic Partnerships: Identify, prioritise and close high-value opportunities with hotel groups, management companies and leading independent hotels.\nStrategic Account Development: Own and nurture a defined portfolio of Triptease’s Top 20 strategic accounts across APAC, building relationships and maintaining momentum through long sales cycles to position Triptease to win significant new-logo opportunities.\nSelf-Sourced Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain a strong pipeline through your industry network, outbound activity, partnerships and events.\nIndustry Advocacy: Represent Triptease confidently on stage at industry events and in senior-level boardroom conversations.\nSales Excellence: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through to business case development, commercial negotiation and close.\nConsultative Selling: Understand each hotel’s commercial challenges and build tailored, ROI-led solutions around their direct booking strategy.\nMarket Intelligence: Act as a trusted voice internally on APAC market trends, competitor activity and the evolving hotel e-commerce and distribution landscape.\nRequirements\nExperience: 7+ years of experience in Hotel Tech, Ad Tech, SaaS or a closely related commercial environment, with a strong track record of winning new business.\nIndustry Network: An established network across the APAC hospitality industry, including senior relationships within hotel groups and management companies.\nCommercial Track Record: Demonstrated ability to source, develop and close complex, high-value deals.\nConsultative Approach: Comfortable selling to senior stakeholders by diagnosing business challenges and building a compelling commercial case rather than relying on product-led selling.\nMarket Knowledge: Strong understanding of hotel e-commerce, distribution, digital marketing and the broader direct booking landscape.\nExecutive Presence: Confident presenting to C-suite stakeholders, leading commercial negotiations and representing Triptease externally.\nMindset: Self-driven, commercially ambitious and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.\nLocation: Based in a major APAC hub with the ability to travel regularly across the region.\nBenefits\nOur start-up culture means everybody's contribution matters and is celebrated.
