# Temp Credit Controller - Hybrid/ Remote

Triptease is a hotel technology company helping independent hotels and groups drive more direct bookings. We invoice customers worldwide through three regional entities, each with its own ledger and multiple currencies. We are moving to a new finance system in December. Before then, we want our sales ledgers clean, reconciled and accurate, so we migrate good data and start the new year strong. Working alongside the Credit Control team, you will focus primarily on collections while supporting ledger clean-up and migration readiness. This is a role for an experienced, self-sufficient credit controller who can take ownership of a collections workload and deliver results with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities Chase overdue invoices by phone and email, prioritising the oldest and largest balances Manage dunning sequences and customer correspondence activity in Upflow Resolve invoice queries and disputes with Customer Success, Billing and Sales to unblock payment, within SLAs Negotiate payment and maintain accurate records of contact, promises to pay and account status Escalate payment plans, credit-risk concerns and high-risk accounts to the line manager Carry out customer acco
