The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes in the manufacturing of industrial gearboxes. This role ensures that products meet internal quality standards, international specifications, and customer requirements.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nSupervise and coordinate daily quality control activities for gearbox production. \n\nConduct in-process and final inspections of machined parts, components, and assemblies. \n\nEstablish and enforce quality standards and procedures in accordance with ISO guidelines. \n\nTrain and guide QC inspectors to ensure consistent quality practices across shifts. \n\nInvestigate and resolve quality issues or non-conformances in collaboration with production teams. \n\nMaintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation for audits. \n\nEnsure calibration of measuring instruments and tools is up to date. \n\nCommunicate quality findings and improvements to management and relevant departments. \n\nLiaise with suppliers and customers on quality-related matters where required. \n\nQualifications & Skills:\n\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field. \n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in gearbox or mechanical component manufacturing. \n\nGood understanding of gear design, tolerances, surface finishes, and mechanical fit. \n\nProficient in using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.). \n\nFamiliar with international standards such as ISO 9001, API, or similar. \n\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents. \n\nStrong leadership and team coordination skills. \n\nAble to work under pressure and meet production timelines. \n\nPreferred Attributes:\n\nPrevious experience supervising a QC team in a mechanical production environment. \n\nExperience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement processes. \n\nFamiliarity with ERP or quality management systems (QMS). \n\nThai national or fluent in Thai and English (both written and
