If you're passionate about project delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and driving successful business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.\nWhat's in It for You?\n Lead highly visible Dayforce and workforce management transformation projects\n Partner with business and technology leaders to drive meaningful organizational change\n Gain exposure to enterprise HCM, Payroll, Workforce Management, and HRIS implementations\n Take ownership of project planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support transitions\n Work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement\n Influence project outcomes while building relationships with key stakeholders and leadership teams\n Enjoy a flexible hybrid work environment that balances collaboration and flexibility\n Join a culture focused on professional development, teamwork, and delivery excellence\nYour Role & Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Delivery\n Lead day-to-day project activities to ensure project objectives, milestones, and timelines are achieved\n Monitor project progress and proactively communicate risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans\n Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery tracking\n Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle\nBusiness & Requirements Management\n Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into system requirements\n Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions\n Support process improvement initiatives that enhance workforce management and HR operations\n Ensure business requirements align with system capabilities and implementation goals\nTesting & Quality Assurance\n Develop and manage unit testing, parallel testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans\n Coordinate testing activities across functional and technical teams\n Track defects, manage issue resolution, and ensure readiness for production deployment\n Support quality assurance processes that drive successful project outcomes\nChange Management & Adoption\n Assist with organizational change management activities to support successful adoption\n Utilize project data and stakeholder feedback to guide implementation decisions and improvement opportunities\n Support training, communication, and adoption strategies for end users and business leaders\nDeployment & Support Transition\n Plan and coordinate production cutover activities and go-live events\n Lead the transition from implementation to ongoing support operations\n Build support plans and facilitate knowledge transfer activities\n Ensure post-implementation stabilization and issue resolution processes are established\nSkills & Experience You Should Possess\n 8+ years of professional experience in project management, HR technology, workforce management, or enterprise software implementations\n 3+ years of experience implementing Payroll, HCM, Workforce Management (WFM), or HRIS solutions as a Project Manager or Lead Consultant\n 2+ years of formal project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives\n Hands-on experience with enterprise workforce management platforms such as Dayforce, UKG/Kronos, Workday, Blue Yonder, or similar solutions\n Strong understanding of payroll, workforce management, time and attendance, scheduling, and HR technology processes\n Experience managing project schedules, risks, issues, stakeholder communications, and deployment activities\n Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and organizational skills\n Ability to operate independently while effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups\n Strong problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment\nBonus Points If You Have\n Direct experience leading Dayforce implementation projects\n Experience working with HRIS/HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, ADP, or UKG Pro\n Experience supporting multi-site, enterprise-level workforce management deployments\n Familiarity with payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, and employee scheduling\n Experience with organizational change management, training, and adoption planning\n PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications\nEducation & Certifications You Need\n Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field\n Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred\n Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or related project management certifications are considered a plus\n Relevant Dayforce, Workforce Management, Payroll, or HCM certifications are highly desirable\nWhat We Offer\nAt Trissential, we believe great people create exceptional outcomes.
