This is a highly visible opportunity where you'll influence investment decisions, drive financial discipline, and provide leadership with the insights needed to successfully deliver strategic initiatives.\nWhat's in It for You?\nStrategic Impact - Partner with executive stakeholders and influence funding, investment, and program decisions across a major transformation portfolio.\nHigh-Visibility Role - Serve as the financial authority supporting transformational initiatives with enterprise-wide visibility.\nLeadership Opportunity - Lead and mentor financial analysts while establishing best practices and governance standards.\nComplex, Meaningful Work - Drive budgeting, forecasting, change control, and financial governance across multiple workstreams and vendors.\nProfessional Growth - Expand your expertise within transformational programs, ERP initiatives, portfolio financial management, and executive reporting.\nYour Role & Responsibilities\nEstablish and maintain financial governance frameworks, internal controls, and compliance standards across all program workstreams.\nBuild, manage, and continuously refine integrated portfolio budgets and rolling forecasts.\nMonitor financial performance and provide actionable insights on risks, opportunities, and key cost drivers.\nEstablish and maintain program financial baselines while managing funding approvals and change control processes.\nLead month-end financial activities, reconciliations, reporting cycles, and audit readiness efforts.\nDeliver executive-level financial reporting, including budget versus actuals, run-rate analysis, contingency management, and benefits realization tracking.\nConduct scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making around scope, timing, staffing, and sourcing.\nManage vendor and contract financial performance in partnership with Procurement and business stakeholders.\nCollaborate closely with Corporate Finance and Controllership teams on accounting treatment, capitalization decisions, and financial reporting standards.\nCoach and mentor a team of financial analysts while ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.\nSkills & Experience You Should Possess\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.\n7-15 years of finance experience, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, and change control.\nDemonstrated experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, PMOs, TPMOs, or enterprise initiatives.\nStrong expertise establishing financial governance, controls, and reporting processes across multiple workstreams.\nExperience managing portfolio budgets, forecasts, and investment tracking.\nKnowledge of ERP-led transformation programs and multi-vendor delivery environments.\nExperience supporting month-end close processes and maintaining audit-ready documentation.\nStrong stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills.\nPrior experience leading, mentoring, or coaching analysts and finance team members.\nAdvanced proficiency with financial analysis, reporting tools, spreadsheets, and enterprise financial systems.\nBonus Points If You Have\nCPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential.\nExperience within regulated industries or asset-intensive organizations.\nExpertise in benefits realization tracking and value realization reporting.\nPrior experience supporting enterprise transformation offices (PMO, TPMO, EPMO).\nExperience working with large ERP implementations and enterprise modernization initiatives.\nEducation & Certifications You Need\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nCPA, CMA, MBA, or related advanced certification preferred.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Trissential, we value collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
