Trissential is seeking a Program Manager, Program Integration & Deployment to join our client’s team and help drive a large-scale enterprise re-platforming initiative centered on SAP S/4HANA.\nIn this highly visible role, you will coordinate integration work across Salesforce, Analytics, and other technology teams while strengthening governance, managing dependencies, and preparing the organization for successful deployment and cutover.\nWhat’s in It for You?\nEnterprise-Wide Impact: Help shape the successful delivery of a major SAP S/4HANA transformation.\nLeadership Visibility: Partner with program leaders and senior business and technology stakeholders.\nCross-Functional Influence: Drive alignment across teams and workstreams, even when they do not report directly to you.\nEnd-to-End Ownership: Contribute from integration planning and governance through deployment, cutover, hypercare, and stabilization.\nLong-Term Opportunity: Join an engagement expected to continue through at least 2028.\nYour Role & Responsibilities\nProgram Integration Management\nCoordinate integration initiatives supporting the program across multiple internal technology teams.\nBuild and maintain integrated delivery plans, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and workstream commitments.\nFacilitate planning and alignment across business and technology teams.\nIdentify, track, and proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through disciplined RAID management.\nRemove cross-team blockers and escalate critical issues when leadership intervention is required.\nMonitor overall program health and provide concise status reporting to program leaders and stakeholders.\nGovernance & Stakeholder Leadership\nLead program governance activities, including status reviews, leadership updates, and steering committee preparation.\nAlign participating teams around shared priorities, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables.\nFacilitate timely decision-making while maintaining visibility into key program objectives.\nCommunicate program status, delivery risks, mitigation plans, and readiness assessments to senior stakeholders.\nBuild trusted relationships and influence decisions across teams without relying on direct authority.\nDeployment & Cutover\nSupport the planning and execution of enterprise deployment, release, and cutover activities.\nCoordinate operational and implementation readiness across business and technology teams.\nFacilitate deployment planning, contingency planning, and go-live preparation.\nSupport hypercare planning and post-deployment stabilization.\nConfirm that critical dependencies and operational-readiness requirements are addressed before go-live.\nSkills & Experience You Should Possess\n10 or more years of program or project management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple delivery teams and stakeholder groups.\nSuccess coordinating cross-functional dependencies, integration activities, and enterprise transformation work.\nStrong program-governance, risk-management, and executive-communication capabilities.\nExperience managing enterprise deployments, releases, cutovers, or other large-scale implementations.\nProven ability to establish relationships and influence stakeholders without direct authority.\nStrong hands-on experience using Jira to manage delivery, risks, dependencies, and program visibility.\nExcellent organizational, written communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.If your experience aligns with most, but not every, qualification, we still encourage you to apply.\nBonus Points If You Have\nExperience supporting SAP S/4HANA, enterprise re-platforming, modernization, or digital-transformation programs.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce-related programs or integration initiatives.\nExperience partnering with Analytics, Data, or Business Intelligence teams.\nExperience in consumer products, manufacturing, or another large enterprise environment.\nKnowledge of Agile or SAFe delivery environments.\nEducation & Certifications You Need\nA specific degree requirement has not been established for this position; equivalent, relevant experience supporting complex enterprise technology programs will be considered.\nPMP, PgMP, Agile, SAFe, or a comparable professional certification is preferred.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Trissential, we value expertise, collaboration, and practical leadership.
