The company is mindful of the fact that quality products must be accompanied by excellent service in order to satisfy demanding consumers.\nLearn more about Triumph on:\nwww.triumph.com\nwww.facebook.com/Triumph/\nwww.instagram.com/Triumph/\nwww.linkedin.com/company/triumph-international/\nOur Finance Department for our office in Warsaw is looking for a\nAccounting Specialist (f/m/d) (100%)\nThis position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Warsaw.\nYour Responsibilities:\nAssist in month-end closing preparation\nPreparing accounts reconciliations\nComprehensive keeping of accounting records in the field of fixed assets (including recording, monitoring, and reconciliation)\nPreparing and recording of journal entries in General Ledger, verification of entries\nAssist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual statements for the purposes of financial, statistical (GUS) and tax reporting (VAT, WHT, CIT)\nRecording of accounting documents in the financial and accounting system, i.e.: invoices, receipts, business trips, bank statements (monitoring unidentified payments)\nCompleting, securing and taking care of accounting documents ensuring their compliance with the requirements of legal regulations and internal procedures\nPerforming regular accounting data checks and controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of financial records\nPrepare and provide ad hoc financial and accounting reports, analyses, reconciliations, and data as requested by management, Finance Manager, or other departments\nProviding support for external audits\nParticipate in process improvements and automation initiatives within the accounting function\nYour ideal profile:\n3-5 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in transactional accounting processes\nEconomic university education, preferably accounting or finance major\nPractical knowledge of tax regulations and the Accounting Act (CIT/VAT/IFRS)\nGood knowledge of SAP\nKnowledge of other programs in the field of statistical and tax reporting, etc.\nGood knowledge MS Excel\nProfessional proficiency in English and Polish\nWe offer:\nYou will never walk alone\nAs a family owned business with more than 135 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization.
