Responsibilities Applies a strong knowledge of quality control and quality systems in developing and improving those aspects to ensure that the business attains its annual goals and meets internal, customer, regulatory, and AS9100 requirements. Perform internal audits and prepare summary reports. Solve problems and troubleshoots using good judgment, interfacing with other departments and suppliers to ensure robust root cause/corrective action nonconformances on assigned customer products. Foster positive relationships with internal and external customers. Processes and leads Customer Returns from receipt to return shipment Daily collaboration with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, manufacturing, and inspection to ensure high quality product is delivered to our customers. Understand and analyze complex problems and act as the facilitator for leading cross functional teams for customer required RCCAs and MRB submissions. Effectively communicate technical issues, solutions, ideas and concepts to a diverse audience including Program Managers, Customers, and Senior Leadership.
