So, whatever the part, component or complexity of assembly, Triumph is committed to quality, service and meeting the specialized needs of each customer.\nTriumph Thermal Systems is medium sized aerospace manufacturing company designing and building various heat exchangers for both civilian and military aircraft.\nThe Triumph Operating System, known as “TOS”, is a business management system that defines how we operate, and is designed to create a consistent methodology, a common language, and standard processes, all of which will enable the maximum value stream benefit and help ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations.\nWe are currently seeking a Material Planning and Control Analyst for our Forest, Ohio Location.\nPosition Summary\nThe Material Planning and Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring materials, production schedules, and inventory levels are aligned to support on-time delivery and operational goals. This role works cross-functionally with Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to maintain accurate material data, manage ERP transactions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop, maintain, and adjust production schedules and material plans to meet customer demand and inventory targets.\nExecute material transactions in the ERP system, including:\n- Creating and releasing job orders\n- Generating purchase requisitions based on demand\n- Sending reschedule notifications to Procurement\nMonitor material availability, identify risks, and collaborate with Production and Supply Chain to resolve shortages or constraints.\nPrepare and publish required KPI reports with accuracy and timeliness.\nParticipate in continuous improvement and High Performing Team initiatives aligned with TOS principles.\nCommunicate effectively with management, peers, and cross-functional partners.\nSupport department flexibility through cross-training and collaboration.\nPerform additional duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in material planning, production control, or a similar supply chain role.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive action.\nExcellent organizational and time-management abilities;
