The Company’s key products and services include electronic engine controls, fuel metering units, main fuel pumps and environmental control systems for both the OE and aftermarket/spares end markets.\nResponsibilities\nSalary Range: $101,000.00 - $151,400.00 per Year\nPosition Summary: The Supplier Development Engineer works for the Supply Chain team as a technical resource supporting the external supplied hydromechanical and thermal products, electronic assemblies, and other products or services of a technical and specialized nature. This high visibility position helps to assess supplier capabilities prior to supplier selection, as well as supports supplier non-conformance on legacy product. This candidate will work with suppliers to identify opportunities for manufacturability improvements, address delivery challenges, part execution and quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.\nLiaison between the Supplier, Triumph Engineering and Triumph Quality.\nTake internal operational challenges and drive process improvements in the supply base.\nInterface with internal teams and Suppliers in respectful way; facilitate productive communications between Engineering and Supplier regarding technical risks, challenges and opportunities.\nUphold Quality and Process System requirements; work within quality system to manage review and disposition of supplier non-conformities.
