This is a unique role that will give you exposure to RCRA and DOT compliance, technical services, transportation, solid disposal coordination, ten-day transfer of hazardous waste and universal waste management. This role is onsite and is based in Royse City, TX.\nEssential responsibilities:\nDevelop the knowledge and experience to manage a permitted facility.\nUnderstand facility permit and local governing agency expectations for waste management.\nAssist with general facility compliance including performing daily/weekly/monthly compliance checks, training, SOP implementation/review, and process review.\nAssist with general facility operations including serving as management if the facility manager is not available.\nConsolidate waste according to permits, disposal facility requirements, and customer preferences.\nAssist with waste determinations/profile management.\nCoordinate outbound loads- setting up deliveries, scheduling transporters, etc.\nDevelop an understanding of OSHA regulations, Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices, and EPA regulations.\nDemonstrate your supervisory leadership abilities through interaction with coworkers.\nWork towards becoming familiar with technical, customer service, and business components of environmental services.\nWork with computerized waste tracking systems.\nUpon completion of emergency response (ER) training, you will be part of an in-house ER team.\nDrive a forklift.\nBasic Requirements:\nAbility to work as a member of a team as well as individually.\nCustomer service orientation.\nComfortable using computers.\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship \nMust have a reliable form of transportation \nMust be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC) \nUpon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment \nMust be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis \nAbility to work overtime on a regular basis \nMust be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday) \nMust be able to report to designated office within 1 hour during Emergency Response rotating shifts \nThis position frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment.
