This role is onsiteand is based in our Somerville, MA, office. \nResponsibilities: \nWork closely with sales and service teams to ensure accurate billing setup (client purchaseorders, invoice frequency, pricing, etc.)\nWork with account management to secure and manage client purchase orders\nWorking with Technical Services to identify new items to create pricing\n\nCreate and review client invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing to customers inaccordance with contract terms and company policies.\n\nHave a working knowledge of customer price schedules\nWork with account management and project administration teams to develop pricing for new services, goods and wastes based on sales strategy\nCoordinate with other roles/departments to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and issues in a timely manner.\nWork with New England Technical Services team to assist in filing, copying, scanning and answering the phone. \nBasic Requirements: \nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with both clients and internal stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.\nDetail oriented and accurate\nProblem-solving and decision-making skills.\nAbility to work as a team player.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship \nMust have a reliable form of transportation \nPreferred Requirements: \nPrior relevant industry experience \nPrior successful experience in a customer service role \nAssociate's degree preferred\nMinimum 1 years of experience in billing, customer facing and/or finance related field \n Besides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more! \nTo learn more about our business, culture, and the exciting work that we are doing in the industry, find us on LinkedIn, Instagram (@triumvirateenvironmental), or our website! \nTriumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
