Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity. \nThis role owns the full client services and billing lifecycle for consulting engagements including invoicing, work orders, contract onboarding, scheduling, and purchase order management. This individual will also hold financial review responsibility, with monitoring project profitability, resolving service requests, and supporting month-end and monthly financial review processes. It is a great fit for someone who wants to combine hands-on client services work with a growing understanding of project financial health.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nBilling, Invoicing & Contract Administration\nManage project invoicing and respond to invoicing inquiries.\nCreate and schedule work orders and respond to work-order questions and daily changes.\nLead contract onboarding and project set-up for new engagements.\nManage project closure procedures including closing out completed projects and associated contracts, resolving outstanding service requests, and ensuring no missed billing or cost recovery.\nMaintain the monthly invoicing tracker and weekly ongoing project report.\nTake on greater involvement in client experience for large annuity or consulting-only accounts, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.\nScheduling & Systems Support\nSchedule all work orders for EHS consultants.\nTroubleshoot Oracle issues and provide technical assistance to department leaders and consultants (work orders, timecards, general support).\nPull ad hoc Oracle reports as requested.\nPurchase Order & Budget Management\nTrack and manage client POs, updating account managers and department leaders on project budgeting and PO limits.\nUpdate POs at the contract level and maintain the PO tracker.\nRequest, receive, and manage vendor POs for the Consulting department.\nProject Management\nManage the internal EHS consulting initiatives.\nSupport other internal EHS consulting and OSS initiatives, including training, quality, and profitability.\nSupport other scheduling and resourcing initiatives within the group.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in business management, analytics, etiquette, environmental sciences, or engineering.\n1-3 years of experience in billing, client services, or project accounting, ideally in a professional/consulting services environment.\nComfort reading and interpreting project financials (gross profit, cost recovery, utilization).\nStrong organizational skills and follow-through on billing, PO, and scheduling deadlines.\nClear communication skills for working with account managers, department leaders, and clients.\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship. \nMust have a reliable form of transportation. \n#LI-Onsite \nBesides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more! \nTo learn more about our business, culture, and the exciting work that we are doing in the industry, find us on LinkedIn, Instagram (@triumvirateenvironmental), or our website! \nTriumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
