Maintenance Technician
Join the team driving the future of Recycling! Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking anMaintenance Technician for our Pennsylvania recycling operation. The pay range for this position is $20-$35/ hr. depending upon education and experience. The schedule is an daylight 12 hour shift on a 7:00am- 7:30pm 2-2-3 schedule.
In this role, you willyou’ll do more than just turn a wrench, you’ll you willkeep the heartbeat of our recycling facility running strong. From managing performing maintenance & production inventories to troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial equipment. From troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial equipment to maintaining inventoriesand performing proactive maintenance. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring that our advanced recycling machinery operates at peak performance.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Keep our operationsrunning smoothly with proactive preventative maintenance/ repairs.
- Troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical issues that keep production moving.
- Inspect, service, and optimize extruders, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other key equipment.
- Install new equipment, calibrate machines, and continually improve uptime/ efficiency.
- Partner with operators, and managers to WOW both internal and external customers.
- Lead with safety to help foster a culture of innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Perform miscellaneous job duties as required.
Basic Requirements:
- At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience (extrusion, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, blueprints, and work orders.
- Hands-on skills with power/hand tools, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
- Knowledge of PLCs, Lean manufacturing, and 5S principles.
- A strong team mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED (trade school, associate's degree, or welding/fabrication skills preferred).
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds repetitively.
- Willingness to work Ability to work overtimewhen needed.
- This role is considered safety sensitive.
- Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- Maintain consistent and timely attendance.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
PreferredQualifications/Requirements:
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting/programing
- Skills in welding and metal fabrication
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems
- Knowledge of industrial automation or robotics
- Background in mechanical repair, machine installation, or process improvement
Work Environment:
It’s important that candidates fully understand the environment they’ll be working in. This role is hands-on, fast paced, and critical to keeping our operation moving.
- Safety-First Culture: Hearing protection and other PPE are required. Safety isn’t optional; it’s the foundation of everything we do. All required PPE is provided by Triumvirate.
- Manufacturing Setting: You’ll work in a large, 100,000+-square-foot recycling facility that is always active with production, equipment movement, and inbound deliveries.
- Dynamic Conditions: Seasonal temperature changes, radio communication with operators and managers, and constant coordination across teams keep things moving quickly.
- Team-Oriented Atmosphere: Youwill be part of a 100+ employee operation where collaboration, communication, and accountability are essential.
- On Your Feet: Expect to be moving across large areas of the plantwhere the surface is concrete, responding to maintenance needs, and staying hands-on with equipment.
- Potential limited Travel: May be required to maintain offsite warehouse locations and training
