Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity.\nThis position reports directly to the Regional On-site Support Manager. This position and reports to client sites in Cambridge, MA.\nResponsibilities: \nSafe pick-up of all regulated medical waste and materials from client sites, also including lab plastics and pathological waste.\nUse of Triumvirate's computerized waste tracking system.\nPreparation of all necessary documentation for the pick-up and drop-off of waste.\nUnderstand OSHA regulations and Triumvirate’s Health and Safety Practices.\nCollaborate effectively with coworkers in a team environment, while also being able to work independently when needed.\nWorking closely with the client on site for ensuring timely and smooth waste removal.\nBasic Requirements: \nHigh School diploma or GED.\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to address client needs promptly and professionally.\nAbility to follow written and verbal safety instructions.\nAbility to work as a team player.\nEagerness to learn and retain a basic knowledge of daily work practices.\nMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship.\nMust have reliable transportation to and from the workplace.\nMust be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC).\nUpon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.\nMust be able to lift 60 pounds or more on a regular basis.\nThe Material Handler frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste and is responsible for putting on and taking off personal protective equipment.
