This role is onsite and is based in our Savannah, GA office. \nResponsibilities: \nProvide WOW! Level Service by responding promptly to customer requests, ensuring efficient job completion, conducting routine site visits and developing customer intimacy by serving as the main point of contact for all prospective and existing customers. \nEffectively manage an extensive book of clients by providing technical support to EH&S staff and Triumvirate onsite personnel in all aspects of Hazardous Waste Management. Assist with regulatory compliance and characterization of chemical, biological and radioactive waste. \nPrepare documentation for transportation of chemicals to appropriate disposal facilities. \nAssist Account Managers with the coordination of bids, proposals, and quotations for services such as lab packs and drum disposal, lab moves, onsite support services and field service-related projects. \nMaintain and grow existing customer base by providing quality control and following up with requests. \nCollaborate with Finance and Operations to process job folders, including appropriate job costing and invoicing by the set timelines. \nWork with Project Managers and Account Managers to understand financials and assist with the preparation of forecasts and various financial models. \nPerform monthly COGS reviews of certain service areas to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial results while finding ways to maximize gross profit. \nBasic Requirements: \nProven organizational and time management skills \nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal \nAttention to detail with the ability to keep the big picture in mind \nExcellent soft skills; ability to work well with clients and co-workers \nComputer skills: MS Word, excel and ability to learn internal computer software \nKnowledge of RCRA and DOT \nValid US Driver's License \nApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship \nMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship \nMust have a reliable form of transportation \nBachelor's Degree required\nPreferred Requirements: \nPrior industry experience\n#LI-Onsite \nBesides Health, Dental and Vision Insurance, we contribute to a 401k, offer a generous tuition reimbursement program, TONS of safety training for some positions with opportunities for external trainings and certifications, Mentorship & Career Succession Planning, Relocation Opportunities, Auto/Home insurance discounts, pet assistance discount plans, discounted movie passes & more! \nTo learn more about our business, culture, and the exciting work that we are doing in the industry, find us on LinkedIn, Instagram (@triumvirateenvironmental), or our website! \nTriumvirate Environmental is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
