Our unique culture fosters growth, development, education, and creativity. \nResponsibilities- What You’ll Do: \nDeliver the WOW to Triumvirate’s internal and external customers! \nMaster and sell all of Triumvirate’s service lines, partnering with internal technical and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions. \nConduct strategic prospecting including leveraging referrals and networking at industry events and trade shows. \nCold call new prospective companies that match our target customer profile. \nStay ahead of industry trends and regulatory developments (RCRA, OSHA, environmental compliance) to offer tailored, strategic advice. \nBuild and maintain long-term, customer-intimate relationships with key decision-makers in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare. \nUtilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, track progress and ensure accountability. \nMaintain a high level of sales activity in an assigned region. \nRegional travel required 40% of the time to meet clients and attend conferences, strengthening your market presence. Overnights may be required. \nBasic Requirements- What You’ll Bring: \nBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science or Environmental Studies. \n5-7+ years of successful consultative sales experience, preferably within the Environmental Services industry. \nExperience with the Consultative Sales methodology. \nKnowledge of environmental compliance, regulations, or the desire to become a subject matter expert. \nMust be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability. \nValid driver’s license and reliable transportation. \nMust be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship. \nWhy Triumvirate? \nUncapped earning potential with competitive base and performance incentives. \nAutonomy and impact in this role with the opportunity to make decisions and directly influence revenue growth and business success.\nWork with a high-performing, collaborative team in a mission-driven, growing industry. \nPartner with world-renowned change makers; helping them solve critical challenges while driving your own success. \nThe base salary range for this position is $125,000-$200,000 with an uncapped commission structure that rewards top performance.
