If that sounds like you, apply today!\nHow you’ll make an impact:\nManage the commercial campaigns of a portfolio of 10+ medium-sized accounts, including Online Travel Agencies and Hotel Chains, on a daily basis.\nBuild and maintain strong partner relationships, including regular in-person visits.\nCommunicate with advertisers and internal stakeholders on all areas of account management, from operational topics to campaign performance, and resolve inquiries promptly and professionally.\nMonitor, analyze, and advise on KPIs, and hold quarterly business reviews that drive advertiser success and keep partners informed about relevant trivago developments.\nMonitor the API performance of your accounts and troubleshoot issues upon advertiser request.\nHandle daily import management (inventory and bids), contract processing, and invoicing tickets, and report on internal status.\nWhat you'll need to thrive:\nA Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, ideally gained in a client-facing role in metasearch or online travel.\nAn analytical mindset to turn large data sets into clear recommendations for partners, ideally with hands-on experience in Salesforce and Jira.\nFluency in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese (German is a plus), strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel for in-person partner visits.\nA genuine learning mindset: you approach new challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and continuously look for ways to develop and grow.\nA performance mindset: you set ambitious goals for yourself and bring the determination and resilience to follow through on them.\nAn open and curious mindset toward AI tools and automation: you actively explore how AI can sharpen your campaign analysis and partner reviews, and you’re excited to grow alongside evolving technologies.\nRecruiting process for the role:\nAsynchronous video interview\nTake home case study \nCase study interview \nProfile Dynamics assessment interview\nFinal interview with team lead \nNot ticking every box?
