People who love building great products, redefining what is possible with AI, and turning complexity into elegant, scalable solutions.\nWhat You Will Be Responsible For\nYou will own the product definition and day-to-day execution for a set of integrations that are business-critical and technically non-trivial.\nThat includes:\nWorking directly with engineers across multiple time zones to define, prioritize, and deliver integration work\nTurning technical requirements such as APIs, data contracts, and edge cases into clear product specs and acceptance criteria\nActing as the main product interface toward third-party partners by explaining our requirements, validating theirs, and keeping everyone aligned\nCoordinating testing and validation across multiple environments including dev, staging, and production, as well as across devices\nMaking sure integrations behave correctly not just on paper, but in real-world conditions\nYou will spend a lot of time in the details such as logs, payloads, test accounts, and configuration flags, and that is by design.\nHow You Will Work\nThis is not a write-a-PRD-and-move-on role.\nYou will be:\nDeeply embedded with development teams during implementation\nInvolved in release planning and go-live readiness\nHands-on with QA, regression testing, and issue triage\nProactive about identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases before they become production problems\nYou do not need to code, but you do need to understand what is being built well enough to ask good questions and catch problems early.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nAt least 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role working closely with engineering\nProven track record of taking initiative and thriving in fast-paced environments\nComfortable refining loose requirements into a clear technical spec and translating between technical and non-technical audiences\nPassionate about your craft and committed to delivering exceptional results\nStrong technical literacy and comfort discussing APIs, authentication flows, data formats, and system behavior\nExperience collaborating with developers across time zones and cultures\nExtremely detail-oriented, especially when it comes to testing and validation\nComfortable working with external business partners on technical topics\nBusiness-level English proficiency is required.\nNice to have, but not required:\nBackground in fintech or other highly regulated environments\nExperience supporting products that operate across multiple international markets or jurisdictions\nWhy This Role Matters\nIntegrations are often where platforms succeed or fail. When they work well, nobody notices. When they do not, everything breaks.\nThis role exists to make sure things work well.\nYou will have meaningful ownership, close collaboration with strong engineers, and the opportunity to influence how our platform scales as we add partners, markets, and products.\nReporting & Team\nYou will report into the Head of Product and work day-to-day with engineering, QA, and external partners.
