You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, helping bring structure, consistency, and follow-through to core procurement and materials operations.\nResponsibilities\nSupport purchasing, supply chain management, materials planning, and inventory management.\nGenerate reports about the status of procurement, material readiness, and inventory shortages.\nOnboard and manage suppliers in a specific category.\nContribute across the full procurement stack alongside a small but capable team.\nContribute to the implementation of new ERP, MRP, and PLM systems as needed.\nTake responsibility for suppliers and parts/services within a certain domain, such as mechanical, optical, EEE, or indirect procurement.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field.\nHands-on experience across purchasing, supply chain management, materials planning, and inventory management.\nExperience working in the aerospace and defense industry or another high-reliability industry such as automotive, medical, or semiconductor.\nExperience partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and program management stakeholders.\nEligibility to work in the United States.\nPreferred Qualifications\n3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, materials planning, or inventory management is preferred.\nExperience implementing an ERP system is a strong plus.\nFamiliarity with procurement of optical or EEE components.\nHands-on supplier quality experience, including supplier qualification, managing supplier corrective actions, and working with nonconforming material or incoming quality issues.\nAbility to lift up to 45 lbs unassisted
