Through the flexibility we secure, we can market flexibility-as-a-service and hedging products/power insurance to utilities, SMEs, and industrial players and create virtual storage capacity for PV and wind farms.\nWhat we are hiring for - Your Role\nAs our Asset Operations Intern (m/f/d), you support the day-to-day operations of our growing BESS portfolio, sitting at the intersection of technical performance, commercial operations, and internal coordination. You help keep our assets running reliably by supporting maintenance coordination, assisting with invoice checks and OPEX controlling, and building the reporting discipline that gives the team transparency on critical KPIs.You will also take ownership of onboarding new assets into our systems, ensuring technical and contractual data is accurate and complete, and support general company management and administrative tasks where needed. This is a hands-on role with steep learning across battery operations, power market processes (incl. BKV interfaces), and how a high-growth energy company executes.\nWhat you will work on - Your Responsibilities\nOperational Support: Support the daily technical operations and coordinate maintenance activities for our physical BESS portfolio.\nCommercial Management: Assist with invoice verification, OPEX controlling, and Balancing Responsible Party (BKV) management.\nPerformance Reporting: Prepare monthly operations reports and track critical technical KPIs (e.g., Availability, Cycles, Efficiency).\nAsset Onboarding: Take ownership of onboarding new assets and maintaining accurate technical and contractual data in our systems.\nCompany Management & Administration: Support general operational and administrative topics across the business, helping keep internal processes and documentation running smoothly.\nWhat we are looking for - Your Qualifications\nEducation: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Renewable Energy, or a related technical STEM field.\nSkills: Strong affinity for data; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required.
