Find out more at Trócaire’s website through this [link].\nRequirements\nRole Requirements\nThe role requires significant relevant experience in corporate governance, company secretarial support, Board or Committee administration, policy management, or a comparable accountability-focused environment. You will need experience coordinating governance processes, records, actions and recurring deadlines, together with strong drafting, organisation, judgement and stakeholder-management skills. A Chartered Governance Institute qualification, part-qualification or comparable professional development is required, along with a relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience.
