Apply now and become part of our vibrant team!\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nUnderstand the scope of what you are required to do for the project \nFollow all required specifications for a job only deviating from them with written approval \nInstallation of:Low voltage cabling required for access control, intrusion detection, intercom and CCTV systems\nElectronic access control & intrusion detection boards and equipment within equipment enclosures\n\nInstallation and termination of:Copper and fiber data communications cable and connectivity\nHead-end equipment, such as servers, DVR’s NVR’s, matrix switchers, Ethernet switches, etc. within equipment enclosures and racks\n\nComplete Installations as efficiently as possible to stay under allocated hours, while providing high-quality Installations daily \nProperly mount (secure, level, centered) various equipment including displays, equipment enclosures, power supplies, switches, security cameras, and equipment according to the manufacturer’s specifications\nPerform system troubleshooting\nParticipate in safety meetings and follow ALL safety guidelines\nComplete assigned tasks as directed in the amount of time allocated \nCommunicate daily activities \nProtect and keep track of all materials/tools in your possession and follow all check-in/out procedures\nPresent yourself in a professional manner when on company time, both in your physical appearance and demeanor \nWilling to travel & work flexible shifts as needed \nRequirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent and applicable training certification \n0-2 years related experience with a focus on the electronic security system industry \nUnderstand standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry\nBe willing to learn and apply information and techniques as instructed by senior personnel \nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision \nProvide your own basic hand tools and understand the operation and safety of project-specific tools \nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision \nA valid driver’s license and current vehicle insurance are necessary \nAbility to obtain a government security clearance \nAbility to travel up to 50% \nAbility to speak, write and read English \nPreferred:\nPrevious experience working with federal government agencies\nOSHA Certification \nPay: $21.60 - $22.00 an hour\nAbout the Company:\nAt Trofholz, we're not just building careers; we're shaping the future of security solutions with a team of dynamic, resourceful, and talented professionals.\nOur “QCCI Team Creed” embodies our values of quality, commitment, creativity, integrity, and teamwork, driving every aspect of our work.
