In this role, you’ll blend user research, product design, and visual design for marketing to deliver designs that align with Trojan Trading’s mission and resonate with its growing community.\nKey Responsibilities\nUser Research:Conduct research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.\nTranslate insights into actionable design solutions that improve engagement and usability.\n\nUX/UI Design:Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications.\nEnsure consistency in visual design and interaction patterns.\nOptimize designs for usability, accessibility, and responsiveness.\n\nPrototyping: Use Figma to design interactive prototypes that communicate the flow and functionality of new features\nCollaboration:Work with the lead designer, art director, product managers, engineers, and marketing team to align designs with business objectives.\nProvide detailed design specifications and support development for seamless implementation.\n\nContinuous Improvement:Test and iterate on designs using user feedback and data-driven insights.\nStay informed about the latest design trends and emerging technologies to maintain innovation.\n\nRequirements\nTrading UX/UI Experience: We are looking for candidates who have previously built out UX/UI components for a web-based trading platform\nTechnical Expertise:5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.\nProficient in Figma with experience in prototyping and creating design systems.\nDeep understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.\n\nStrategic Insight:Proven ability to translate complex user and business requirements into simple, intuitive designs.\nAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret user data to refine and improve designs.\n\nIndustry Knowledge: Knowledge of crypto trading, Telegram bots, or blockchain ecosystems is highly desirable.\nFamiliarity with the Solana ecosystem and DeFi trends is a strong plus.\nPassion for meme coin trading and the ability to thrive in the fast-paced crypto environment.\n\nTeam Collaboration: Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects with minimal guidance.\n\nPride: We look for people who take deep pride and responsibility in the products they build.
